Abstract
This study aims to verify the obstacles facing computer teachers in the intermediate and preparatory stages of Iraqi government schools during their teaching of the curriculum. An electronic questionnaire consisting of (50) questions was adopted and distributed in four different fields: human, educational, technical and environmental obstacles. The study sample was formed. Of (76) teachers in the third Al-Karkh Education Directorate in Baghdad governorate. The results showed that there are many problems and obstacles facing computer teachers that affect the ability of teachers to deliver information to students as required. The study proved that the most prominent obstacles facing computer teachers from their point of view is the lack of an assistant technical person in the computer lab, who provided computers that do not meet the students' ambition to learn and innovate in addition to assigning computer teachers to teach in more than one school, as well as the frequent breakdowns of devices in the computer lab.
