Abstract
The services of sport are considered one of the necessary activities, as well as being societal services that serve vast part of youth. These services are subject to many violations as a result of other usages and especially in the area of study which became without sport services. The ration of per person 2.71 M2 out of 7m2 and recession is 57% . the researcher is aided by Delvi technique to indicate the valuable places which are appropriate to be used for sport services and to choose the best in order to improve its serving level. This study follows the scientific procedure that are concerned with sources that have connection with the topic. In addition to designate questioning chart which includes some certain questions to group of experts with different specializations which has relationship with the topic in separately without knowing each other. After questioning tours the answers are evaluated.
