Abstract

The current study aims to find out what the difficulties of teaching the book of social sciences for the fifth grade from the teachers.’ viewpoints. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher has prepared a questionnaire which consisted of (33) paragraphs divided into (5) areas (objectives, content of the material, methods of teaching, students, calendar), distributed to the sample of the study composed of teachers of the article (370) The researcher has confirmed the stability by re-applying the questionnaire to a sample of teachers. The data were statistically processed to extract the results using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the mean. Weighted percentage, results have shown that there are teaching difficulties facing teachers in social sciences.

In the light of the results, the researcher has recommended a number of recommendations and proposals, including:
