Abstract
The purpose of this research is to highlight the importance of the judicial and educational systems in the region of Tripoli during the reign of the Qaramanic Dynasty (1711-1835), in terms of how these two systems were, and what are the roles of the Qaramanic rulers in the development of these two systems, Because they are closely linked to the population, and their advancement leads to the advancement of the country and neglect leads to chaos in all parts of the country.
