Abstract
The subject of the research (the difference between the novel and the testimony of fundamentalists) was because of its great impact on many jurisprudential applications, and I tried to show the meaning of the novel and then the certificate language and terminology, and then to indicate the conditions considered in the acceptance of the witness and narrator and showed the names of the news, and differentiate between the novel and the Testimony, And it is the crux of the topic with some of the application and Alfafahi.
