Abstract
Professor of any foreign language is concerned first to know the type of difficulties faced by students in their environment in order to be prepared to deal with it. This article describes and classifies the transcendental difficulties (of grammar, pronunciation, etc.) of students in the Spanish department at the University of Baghdad. Also, the article tries to analyze the motivations of these difficulties and put a proposal that helps in solving it. This work has an analytical methodology that also serves in the description of the educational context. We must point out that the article is not a mere compilation of errors or a presentation of errors, but is an orientation of the state of the question and analysis of its causes and a method to solve.
